Coin is situated 35 km inland from Malaga and can be accessed from several different directions. Some of the roads to Coin are not in great repair and others have recently been improved, knowing the correct route is essential, unless you are an "old hat" at driving in Southern Spain. 

It is possible to get a public transport bus from Malaga to Coin, but is it a very slow route to take, far better is to hire a car and self drive, or book private transfers.
