Making a Cancellation or Changes to your transfers.
We run a fair and flexible service, cancellation or amendment of your transfers with Eco Transfers Costa del Sol, is easy, just contact us, using the link below, with your booking number and details of your change, or your cancellation.
Online bookings: Online Bookings that are cancelled up to 12 hours before, will be refunded in full, within 28 days. We regret that online bookings cancelled under 12 hours before departure, will occur an administration charge of fourty per cent of the booking total.
Time Amendments: Should your flight be delayed, we will know about it and will normally adjust the times of your transfers to suit. However, should you wish to change the date, time, or have changed your flight schedule, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to ammend your transfers, free of charge.
Change of Destination: We are happy to ammend the destination on your transfers at any time, but you may need to pay extra, should your transfers increase in distance. Our prices are laid out on this website and you can clearly see the rates for each Costa del Sol destination. Any charges for destination changes can be collected, by our driver, on your arrival.
Refunds: Refunds for those that have paid in advance, by PayPal, Credit card or Bank Transfer, are issued within 28 days, automatically. The funds will be returned to your card, paypal account or bank, depending on the method used to purchase.
Failure of service: We aim to provide a reliable service at all times, however, in the almost unthinkable event that we cannot, for some reason, provide you with the transfer dates requested, we will inform you, as soon as we are aware and issue a full refund.
